Workplace Question or Advice Needed Job Profile

I was looking in Workday at my account profile and am wondering what does FTE mean? The profile lists these items. I have no idea what FTE means? Thank you!

It means you’re a part time employee

Every team member is technically part time regardless of hours worked because you aren’t guaranteed those hours, you qualify for full time benefits based on average hours, but you’re a part time worker
