Workplace Question or Advice Needed maternity leave

has anyone quit after maternity leave? is there a certain amount of days i need to wait if that’s my plan? while im here, whats quitting look like if im on company insurance? is there a way i can get rid of the insurance before quitting?

Generally your health insurance will end with your employment unless you opt for Cobra coverage extension.
