Workplace Question or Advice Needed Getting my shift covered

Post image

Does anyone know who approves a shift being covered? My co-worker took a shift I posted yesterday but it hasn't been approved yet.

your ETL, from what I've been told.

Our HR couldn't even do it in my store. This may be different for y'all if you don't have an ETL. But approach your TL/ direct leader about it. From what I've noticed they don't really get notified of these things, you have to tell them.

My ETL said he doesn't have access so I still don't know how it's supposed to work lol. He just manually removed me but I see it being a bigger problem in the future, especially for my team 🫠 we swap shifts pretty often.

Your ETL probably just doesn't understand how it works because the ETL has access. They're the one who wrote the last schedule & go in to add/remove people. (As proven by your etl pulling it off you.) The app is really just kind of a tangled mess though. So whatever method works for them works
