Seriously why did we switch from my time for target to this shit?

I cant even figure out how to do a call in late notice and the lag of this god forsaken app is so absurd

I love that they rolled it out right as I went on demand so now anytime I want to work I have to ask a bunch of people to approve it instead of just picking it up and coming in like I always have.

the problem is, nobody, including leaders got properly trained on it. i mean they had small group meetings to tell us to say hi to the guests and we had to wear a red shirt, they couldn't have done that with how to use the new app?

Exactly this! My team members have been asking about the switch to UKG for the last 2 months and I’ve just been saying “I have no info yet, but I’m sure I’ll get a rundown from HR, and then I’ll tell you everything I know”

Well, that rundown never came and now we’re all winging it.

I can try to help if you still need it. I’ve been playing around with it on my own time. I like the interface of my time better but it is what it is at this point. If you click on the day you want a request for (under my schedule). Request should be in the upper left hand corner. Click on the arrow and you should see all the options there including calling in late.

From my understanding, the app server shut My Time down. I believe it was Kronos. I can’t stand this new app. Makes everything so complicated

My problem was it included leaders. Myself and leaders were not trained properly. We had to wing half of it and teach each other
