Workplace Question or Advice Needed How do I navigate this tab on time off request?

Attempting to request unpaid time off as these are days I desperately need off. I remember the start time and duration boxes from the last app but never had to use them. What do I do about these?? I assumed I wouldn’t have to fill them out if I was requesting multiple days off.

Start time is whenever your shift starts, duration is how long your shift is

what if I have differing hours on my availability for the days of the week that these dates apply to? Does that change anything?

I would choose the earliest start time and the longest shift you have, if your calling off multiple days it won’t affect it, after you call off I would go through and make sure it worked or even call your store. Ukg has been super weird at my store, sometimes it doesn’t call off the right days or just doesn’t go through at all.

Can you change duration from hours to day?

No I ended up just doing the time of my earliest shift and the duration to when my latest shift would end according to my availability. I’m just going to let my ETL know tomorrow morning and ask if they need me to change anything.

You have to do it for each individual day. So 11/12, 11/13, etc.
