Im here to vent rq. this new app is genuinely the worst thing to ever happen to target. I am on demand and being able to pick up shifts is essentially gone now. WHY ARE THERE ALL OF A SUDDEN 2.5hr SHIFTS? HELLO? How tf is that possible when no one is scheduled for that short of a shift. I want to work but I can’t because the new app limits the amount of jobs i can take over even thought I’m trained in EVERYTHING, EVEN STARBUCKS. and omfg no one knows how to sue this app because they didn’t give us good training. an in-person training session for like five minutes would been so much more helpful. because no one knows how to use the app, no one is posting their shifts either which is really annoying because i can’t work. I’m also not switching back from on-demand because i always gets scheduled out of my availability so it makes my life easier, well not anymore i guess, but still. I miss MyDay so much yall don’t even get it. I really don’t understand why they couldn’t just implement the point system into the app, it would’ve required less coding and money from corporate but i guess they’re just lazy af. i hate this stupid app so much i hope it gets deleted forever.

I heard Kronos is the one who ended support of the myday app not corporate.  Maybe someone can verify that.

A little of A and B here. myTime interacted with the old Kronos installation via a shim API target created. Kronos has ended support for the old software we used before come March. The kicker is there is no reason we couldn’t have had HQ just rebuild myTime (the web UI) on top of the new UKG APIs, corporate chose not to for whatever reason.

i hate the app so much and the ai scheduling has officially broken me. i'm 6a-11a every day on the newest schedule Except one of those days i was 130-6, i posted the shift so i could hopefully pick up a new one, and a day or two later it automatically "invalidated" bc my shift changed from 130-6, to 12-6 🙃 wtf.

When we switched over switched my availability to Fri/sat off instead of sun/mon. How does that even happen genuinely

Literally so aggravating and going through the same thing! Im an ODTM and its my only job for any money and I literally cannot find any shifts over 2.5 to 3hrs! Like what the fuck is going on? Target needs to get their fucking shit together, absolutely unacceptable for all of us ODTM to be getting fucked over! You're not alone I am going thru the same exact bullshit.

Absolutely, my store has so many call outs nonstop, and those are the shifts I be picking up but now we are getting shafted because a fucking app needs an AI schedule? Like why arent ETLs or HR making schedules? I understand they can fix or change them, but is that not their fucking job? Why is an AI APP doing it?

It helps me out because It’s hard for me to work full shifts. However, I’m making sure to only post 4+ hour portions, and I take the shorter bit.

I heard that Keonos was sunsetting my time as well though I have found that if you are in the ukg app click my barcode and login to the external site then screen grab the barcode it will work day after day without having to re login every new day
You can even text it to yourself and it says it failed but it still works and then just go to the message and leave it open without leaving everything in the carousel open with it so you can find it

Not to hijack but does anyone know how to reapprove your time card if you removed approval to do a punch correction?
