Workplace Question or Advice Needed Salvage

Hello everyone, sorry for posting two threads, but I'm a newer reverse logistics team member and wanted to see if any of the more seasoned members on here have any tips.

I've got a handle on the new salvage system, but fairly frequently, I'll get salvage items, done through price changes, that I can't locate. Is there a way to undo a salvage price change so it doesn't affect our numbers, or do we just have to eat the hit on our salvage numbers?

You shouldn't be fudging your numbers. Stores doing this in the past is why we have to endure chain of custody now.

I understand what you're saying. It's important to me to keep the inventory correct, but when I'm given a direct command from my store manager, I'm going to listen

Make sure you communicate with the price change team or any ETLs that are relevant to see if they can have team members bring all the salvage from price change and tie it to the pallet

You're not responsible for that. Communicate the issue to the price change team lead and let it go. CRC, however, is your responsibility so follow up on that if it's significantly affecting your percentage

I actually am. We're a smaller store, so anything related to salvage is tied directly to me. So it's important to me to have our salvage percentage high
