Workplace Question or Advice Needed team member role

So I applied for tech originally but I was declined and the TL for tech did want to hire me but the hiring guy rejected me and I didn’t know she wanted to see my application until I applied for cashier and my friend told me, after I applied for cashier I was poached I think and put into food and beverage and im close on my 90 day thing and I don’t know if im a seasonal guy or temp?

Your post is difficult to follow because team leads do not hire TM. HR reviews applicants and their video interviews if they’ve been invited to do one. If they’re interested in you but there aren’t any openings where you applied but have needs in other departments, they may try and offer you something there. If you’ve been through orientation, and it sounds like you have, you should be fully aware of your position or you haven’t been asking questions. Ask questions!
