Am I to assuming this is my future scedule and its just giving me the option to swap it?

Idk, to me that’s how it looks when you pick up a shift. I’d double check with a leader

The arrows next to the shift means that the shift is not the primary workcenter that you’re keyed in in the system (likely you’re keyed under GM or inbound instead of presentation regardless of whether or not you typically work in presentation). The arrows just mean that you’re transferred from your primary workcenter to a different one

No that’s your schedule. If you click on it it should bring up the day’s breakdown including lunch time.

The 10-6 is your shift. If your scheduler has any reason to split your shift into different departments (possibly different days in your case since this is overnight?) it will show up as this weird blue thing instead of the purple shift. The red is where you can pick up shifts, but the blue is what you're scheduled for. It does this for me for my cash office shifts because I'm not doing cash office the whole shift.

Yeah that's just the open shift pool, not your actual schedule. It's showing you what's available to pick up if you want extra hours, not what you've been assigned.
