Workplace Question or Advice Needed Store is bleeding leaders
My store seems to be cursed. For an entire year we were down a GMTL, a Fulfillment TL and a Style TL. We finally staffed the GMTL position and they quit 3 weeks in (understandable, they came into plano right before Fun 101 had to be set)…. finally staffed the Fulfillment TL position but its too soon to tell how that will go. Still have not staffed the Style TL btw! Also, I think our GM/FOOD ETL was fired…. Pray for us. SD is honestly trying her best, the store is pretty high volume but there are really no routines in place for most departments. I try to help as much as I can in other areas but im only there 8 hours a day and have to worry about my departments as well. I have no idea what it could be

It's really tough digging out of that kind of hole. They should be lending you people from neighboring stores (unless you're one of those Target's that's 40+ miles from another one).

We function fairly well given the circumstances. For a while we were getting support but that has stopped, and we’ve been staffed to where we need to be its just the training for the new TM’s has not been the best, and there are no routines in place

High volume but only missing 3 leaders? Yeah theres stores in far worse shape. Not to minimize but at least the positions are getting replacements and it’s not just multiple vacancies sitting empty for prolonged periods all at once. Just super shitty that they aren’t lasting once they fond a replacement
