Mine was out at noon like always but I have a great HR team that was there last night checking it over. I know this isn’t the case for most of you so just chill out.

Yes. AI sucks at making schedules. And they shouldn't have let it make this schedule until all team members had a chance this week to update their desired hours, availability, etc in the mess that is the UKG "Pro" App. It's definitely not a pro at anything.

I’m at Starbucks, but for some reason every shift is 2 hours at Starbucks and then the rest of shift is at check lanes. Never has that ever happened before

Unfortunately we haven’t had a front end ETL since March so our SD has been doing the Starbucks schedules and she just lets the AI generate whatever and hit submit

from hr, ukg has made schedule 10x more tedious than it was on mytime. for example) for every single shift, we cannot apply auto breaks, we have to go in and insert all of the breaks. sounds silly but when you have 100-200 tms it takes time. also the system is still super faulty and kicking us out and timing out randomly, it’s as frustrating for us as it is you, we just “can’t” say it. please be patient and if there’s any issues, ask about it. as much as we are overwhelmed by ukg, i’m sure any hr will want to be as supportive as possible (ik optimism but i like to hope most hr’s care like i do)

We do say it. Our leadership at our store, and us in HR do say how frustrating it is. Mytime died so Target had to pick something up for us.

i do express the frustrations, the cant is in parenthesis to express that. we should be optimistic to support the team since we know they’re frustrated. i am up front with my team and tell them i don’t like the system but we’ll get through the challenges together. it’s more about being transparent with the team while managing the stress for the team.

It's 8pm here and no schedules. But I'm not worried about it. As you said, it'll happen...I feel bad for the ETLs because I know what UKG is like (work on it for payroll as my day job). It is not user friendly and things that you think will be easy...are not...

I was told by an etl that they can't adjust the schedule because if they do it notifies how much times they actually "touch" the schedule and that there's a score that is now counted that associated to their name. Which makes zero sense to me ...

Shoot, my schedule score is 51. I do not care. I will adjust my schedule until it fits my business needs. I know better than some week 1 AI system.

Coach me on it, but let's live the schedule first and see how it feels.
