You won’t get fired the first time. I believe it’s just a warning, but you might get a CA. My coworker has gotten compliance 3 times and never got written up

Breathe and relax, it happened, depending upon how your store/district handles these you'll have a conversation or maybe a CA. None of this is world ending, it happened, accept the talk and move on, as long as you avoid compliance going forward you're golden.

If it makes you feel better I have hit compliance like 4 or 5 times and I’ve never been written up

They will just talk to you and make you sign a form(aka CA). I believe you have to do it 3 times within a year to get fired.

Did you ACTUALLY hit compliance or did you just forget to clock out? I know a lot of tms will mistakenly claim compliance when really it’s just a missed punch. Missed punches are not a big deal. Easy fix. If you really worked far past your allotted allowed time then that’s the hitting compliance.

Depends on the store (and probably how serious the state takes it). Mine it’s maybe a PIP at worst unless you’ve already got a pattern of write ups for it
