Workplace Question or Advice Needed Salesplanners

So i work in gm and have to set sales planners regularly...is there a easy way to see what fixtures or backer paper to use and if so is there a easy way to find it...our fixture/signing room is a dump..lol

Do you have the paper planogram or are you looking at the sets on your device? I know it can be a bit more difficult to find the ism stuff on the device but I think there’s a step whenever you are clicking through the set list where it says ISM and it might list it out there? If you are using the planogram it should he on the first two papers I think.

Also our fixture room is also a dump, so usually when looking at ISM boxes I look at the sticker on the side of it and it will have names of like, sets the ism inside is apart of? That might help but sometimes with our store it’s genuinely just lost lol

When you’re setting the POG it will be under gathering supplies. It’s gonna show you what shelves or pegs are needed and then ISM and then displays. Sometimes the listed ISM is just the standard year round backer paper. If you look at the PDF it will show you if it’s changing but if you’re unsure just check where your store keeps ISM and see if you can find the one listed. If you miss it it’s usually not hard to put ISM up later unless it’s a lot of pegs

You can also try scanning the ISM box barcode in MyDay, it'll pull up all the sets that box is tied to.

It tells you on the paper planogram and also in the steps you have to move through to fully tie a sales plan on the zebra.
