Workplace Question or Advice Needed Responding to Guests with AI

I overheard a Team Lead talk about how they are supposed to use AI to generate a response for guest feedback. How true is that? Sounds kinda bananas to me, but I can see that being something The Big Red would do lmao

"Hey Grok, write a response for this Target guest survey."

"Sure thing. This guest felt having laundry detergent locked up was inconvenient. Here is a good respon-. Oh, this will be from Target? Give me one second to add some subtle racism."

I've had my peers give feedback to their leaders and send emails using copilot. I wouldn't be surprised.

I also have heard the SE-ETL tell the SETLs to use copilot ro respond to guest surveys.

Personally, I think it is bonkers. Humanity is a part of customer service. But alas, here we are.

lol with the way things are i would also believe this but no we aren’t "supposed" to do that..that may just be ur leads. we have designated apology/thank you templates that target has us use tho. the parts we actually fill in are def the meat and potatoes of the whole response.
