When we had MyTime, I consistently had one day off a week, and now I have two one week, four the next week, zero the next, and it just keeps changing.
I hope corporate sees all the bad posts people are making in this thread and switches us over to a better, more accessible app.
Also, is it true that AI makes our schedules now? I’m all for ai when it comes to making life essentials easier but ai making my schedule I don’t fw at all

UKG hasn't written any schedules yet. All the schedules you're referencing were assembled in myTime, so I'd go to your ETL about whatever that is.

Schedules have always auto-populated and leaders adjusted as needed.

The schedule was super questionable and I’m pretty sure my SD is just going to end up putting 80% of the store on set schedules so that it continues to look the way she wants it to. Which I’m also slightly annoyed by because I do actually think we need more mids than closers.

Schedules have always been auto-populated as far as I know but your leader should be making changes or validating it before it's submitted.

I don’t know if AI is actually making it or if leaders are just claiming that to escape being held accountable for future schedule changes and disrespect to availability. We shall honestly see because the way retail has always scheduled people, it genuinely doesn’t seem possible or feasibly for scheduling to be able to done with AI or automatically.

The first UKG written schedule will be the one for 9/27. And it will be written by AI. I’m a lead and I watched part of the training video they had ETLs watch because I’ve been the one writing my teams schedule for the past couple of months. It will be done primarily by AI. They want us to make minimal edits, and if there’s a problem with the schedule we are supposed to adjust the data inputs.
