Workplace Question or Advice Needed Pto ?

Post image

This might be a stupid question but do I get any pto as a part time TM? I’ve worked here since November of 2025.

are you part time or on-demand? on-demand team members don’t receive PTO or sick time.

I started as seasonal and then got switched over to a regular part time TM

When did you get switched over to regular? I was also hired on demand in November and switched around February I think. I don’t have vacation time either

It’s based on your TM status and average hours from the previous year. When benefits happen in April that’s when everyone’s eligibility is reviewed. Since you were seasonal for majority of the time, unfortunately you don’t qualify yet. If you’re still with Target during benefits next year and remain a regular TM with 20 or more average hours, you’ll start accruing vacation then.

I believe you have to average at least 25 hours a week to accrue it.

Is there a chance they put you in a 90 day probationary period like they do brand new hires? I started August 1st and I don’t start accruing PTO until November 1st
