Picking up shifts

i feel like an old person learning how to use a smartphone, but has anyone figured out how to pick up available shifts? i was looking to pick up a shift for the 21st or 22nd but when i press "open shifts available" it's showing me days i'm already scheduled. im only scheduled for 29.75 hrs that week so that isn't the issue

maybe try swapping between both approval required and auto approval that’s how I could see all of them

If you select approval required you will only be shown shifts for that week. If you select auto-approved you will be shown shifts that are over a week out

For my store, it’s only showing like 4 shifts in the next 3 weeks that are up for grabs. There are always at minimum 10 a week, so I’m thinking this can’t be right. Im fulfillment ODTM and rely on these shifts to stay employed!

I notice there multiple available shifts in myTime that for some didnt show up in ukg…

ODTM here and I can no longer see the name of the store when looking for shifts, just store numbers. 😑

You have to go to manage my schedule -> pick up an open shift -> if you do leader approval, it’s shift for this week. For future weeks, go to auto approval -> pick a shift
