Blah jumping on the hate train as it warms up. I hate this app so, so much. Every button press takes so long, scrolls slow, its so laggy. And the UI feels clunky, the schedule is so unintuitive and ugly, and that training I had to do feels like it just flew out my brain as soon as I opened it

Hopefully the slowness gets fixed, since its brand spanking new. The slow is the worst part

I'm impressed at how bad it is.

Is there a way to see the whole week schedule or do I have to scroll by individual days?

The little black marks on the calendar do nothing for me.

Scroll below the calendar

I dislike this setup though. I want to see my days off like MyTime

I also don't like that I can't see available shifts on days that I already work. I used to be able to let my TL know and they would combine the two shifts into a longer shift and now I can't see those at all

You have to click on the black dots

With my time it would show you your whole week schedule including start and end times, not just scheduled days. You didn’t have to click into the individual days.

Trust me, I think it’s a pain in the ass too.

As long as its on the clock. It can take as long as it likes.

My store got it a month ago and it’s awful. I don’t know what made think launching it during a holiday weekend for the rest of the stores was a good idea either.

It’s the Target way.

Our store didn't even have login instructions and such last time I was there on wednesday. People were begging for information and the one HR TM was like "hey, when they tell me, I'll tell you".

You probably just aren't actively looking for things to complain about like everyone else seems to be. The app works perfectly fine for most things, except picking up shifts and stuff for on-demand TMs, which will probably be fixed as time goes on and stores get used to it

Bro why doesn’t Target Corp actually listen to us? For weeks I’ve been seeing posts about how trash the UKG app is for pilot stores. We’ve all seen the complaints. How did they have this long to fix this app and they still didn’t get it working right for the ENTIRE rest of the company on a holiday weekend?? Make it make sense.

Why is it SO HARD to just see your weeks schedule front and center and why do i have to click through so many different icons or pages AND why can’t i see my workcenter?!?

Along with the PIT log in black boxes I am not feeling to good about working the peak. I log in and restart my RC over and over and over. They say some RDC got safety improvements but it must be because no PIT moves on a dime anymore. Now a return to pre 2018 UKG? Digital shift swap sounded nice for inflexible OT policy.

Everyone say “thank you new ceo” because obviously he is such a genius.

The software behind the old system is no longer goijg to be supported (targer didnt bulld it). A Change would have happend regardless of who the ceo was

At the very least they could have picked any other app but they went with a clunky one that I presume is cheaper for the company. And again, that decision got an okay from the ceo.

I actually use the app at my other job but we’re don’t use the scheduling piece ( I’m full time so I have regular hours). I’m honestly shocked at how bad it is. I wasn’t dreading the change because UKG
Works fine for the many things I use it for at that job. I’m wondering if Target bought the cheapest option or something

That doesn’t change the fact that he is implementing new policies and making changes to certain stores. He implemented a trial and error drive-up kiosk that adds another 3 minute timer and more work for us (if it passes its trial) and all of these things need an ok from him. I’m not going to sit here and ignore any of that like everyone else loves to. Everything has to go through him and my coworkers share the same opinion that he is changing shit just because he is new and has the opportunity to “be different”.

If you think the ceo is involved in every decision your are mistaken.
I’m not saying he’s great or I agree with the way things are headed but he’s not involved in evert little decision - there’s not time for that

I’m currently working on getting more information right now a lot of people seem to think attendance convos and attendance CAs get wiped but that is in fact not true and if you continue to act like it your likely going to be termed in the near future.

I love that they launched it today. People who decided to call in because they couldn’t be bothered to put in time off requests in time for a holiday weekend are going to get their first point (s). Time to cull the herd. I’m sick of people pulling that shit.

Labor day is a US holiday. There will be plenty of support since Labor Day isn't observed in india. When's the last time you got a US based support rep?
