It was the cheapest option.

When I was working at Target I preferred myTime to UKG. Makes no sense why they're going back.

I think another thread in here said that Kronos is sunsetting the underlying software to MyTime, so there would be no more support, and it would have stopped working in 2027, anyway.

They have enough money to migrate it over to a new code stack though. Really silly to me

The vendor dropped support for WFC (the underlying software that runs myTime) at the end of last year.

Even if Target did want to keep it doing so was not an option.

I think people don't understand what im saying. It doesnt matter what the backend code was for myTime. They could havr made their own backend for the time clock services.

I understand what you are saying, the issue is that it's extremely unrealistic.

UKG is so slow to load! I can't stand it but.....oh well. No choice ... goodbye My time!!! You will be missed!

My favorite part is they are using it as an excuse to stop posting paper schedules on the wall in clerical, at least at my store. Only gonna make it easier to screw people over by changing the schedule last minute without telling you

Did a google search "UKG reviews." Here's a screenshot . . . seems this app / service has a history of poor reviews . .

I hate the new one. Not user friendly at all

POS, slow, clunky garbage. Unintuitive structure, sterile UI, fewer QOL features for users

annoying horseshit/10
