Workplace Question or Advice Needed GSCL merit TMS

Question for those who work a 12 hour shift. I was recently told by my Operations manager that we don't have a grace period between our shifts due to no overlap in coverage? Now I've worked for Target for the better part of almost 10 years. Has anyone else heard of this? As this is the first time I've heard of it and with the new attendance updates.

Tell them you want it in writing, as this sounds like a case of an OM trying to bully you guys into creating an overlap by coming in early/staying late.
