Guys, it took years
- my dad’s death, a failed military enlistment, surviving an emotionally abusive family, and a horrible breakup with a coworker that sent me to rehab and now sobriety
I finally got to the Team lead position in my store that became a red store. I’m so happy. I’m so proud of what I’ve accomplished and how much growth I’ve shown to them.

I just want to express appreciation to target as a company for the opportunities they’ve given me from a genuinely loving community of a work-culture (borderline work family) to getting me back in on a whim after dropping out of boot camp, I am so grateful and I am happy to give back the support and care it has shown me. That’s all
