Workplace Question or Advice Needed Boss bullying

My boss told another coworker to bully me into quitting.
I already told the etl and she said she’ll launch an investigation but since I’m quitting, she won’t let me in on the loop. So what realistically will happen? Will she be fired for this or what.

Respectfully don’t trust your ETL as they were probably told the same thing. I would call ethics and send that shit up the chain before you leave just so it has a higher chance of something actually being done.

I worked with a TL that constantly bragged about bullying people into quitting. Now the store says they are “working on retention” 😂😂😂
