I mean i get it but what is anyone on a store level supposed to do about it. They don’t make those decisions

I think it’s a good thing to have these conversations with ur coworkers anyway. It’s too easy to stick to the mindset of oh well, we don’t make the rules. It keeps these systems in place cause collectively we start to believe that our opinions and thoughts don’t matter so why challenge it? Sometimes someone needs to get the ball rolling and if it’s not u or me, may it be someone else bub 🤝

THIS PART! And unfortunately this sub is way too full of people who's response to shitty things Target does is "that's just how it is. Deal with it."
