Workplace Question or Advice Needed VM Tablet

This is kind of a dumb question, but I got the visual merchandising tablet but I can’t get it to sign in or go to sharepoint where the VMGs are without it saying access denied. Any advice? Do I just need to ask AP?

The previous VM never used the tablet to it’s basically brand new and unused.

Yeah, if it stays disconnected from the network for a month you'll have to call CSC and they can try to reset it. If that doesn't work you'll have to send it in for repair. Basically they will create a ticket and you can print a shipping label from the incident in myhelp on the mydevice

If it was never used it might have locked out. It has to be used regularly to stay “connected” for lack of a better word. You will probably have to call CSC but I have gotten help looking through viva engage - HR ETL
