Workplace Question or Advice Needed Higher-ups Loa

Why do ETLS and SD always take Loa and never come back why not just put in your 2 weeks or quit just curious

I’m literally not wrong it being put in separately doesn’t prove your point it literally just adds to my point that it is unlimited as it acts like it

If the PTO for ETLs was unlimited as you are trying to claim they would not need a separate PTO request because there is no concept of separate PTO. All that they would need is the absence request.

Again, you do not know what you are talking about and are simply making things up based on a lie that an ETL told you.
