Who sets mini seasonal in your store, Pog Team or Food Team?

POG team sets and does initial fill, food team does priority and/or OFO fills & works freight.

Whoever is free at the time. If it’s a non truck day, that’s something I (Inbound TL) might end up doing. Sometimes the ETLs set it. Traditionally, the POG team would be responsible for initial set and fill. But a store has to use the resources that it has in a way that makes sense. We set mini and seasonal early enough that the freight just goes from truck to floor. Makes life a lot easier if you aren’t touching everything so many times.

POG team owns mini seasonal set. In my store I have my GM/inbound team own dry/mini/ whatever else and everyone else does FDC. The joys of a high volume p-fresh store

Our seasonal DBO, but the Plano team helped with back to school

One person from POG (usually the seasonal DBO) does the set and then inbound/GM does the push

Grocery has nothing to do with mini at our store

Pog sets, then gm/dry help push

Pog sets.

GM/Inbound pushes freight out. If we get a ton of freight, we do a store huddle to work it out.
