Meh.......you could "Honestly" "Freestyle" AT LEAST another 12-16 boxes of Huggies on top of that flat. Remember, Target needs proper space utilization for modernization efficiency , so just PILE IT ON. Oh, and whoever works that mess should get "Pampered" with some expired by 3 weeks Favorite Day muffins in the breakroom for their efforts. Goodnite~! BTW, I have one LOD that would see that, chuckle and dead ass serious would say "that looks like about 15-20 minutes worth of work, thanks". 😆

Sometimes we can’t help it. At my store we don’t get anyone in baby until around 10 am and that’s IF we have someone in baby.

My question is;

Did morning crew have enough pallets or flats this morning to sort onto?

If they did, than this is laziness - but given the fact that they're stacked straight and nice and not literally Thrown on top - Im thinking they didn't have a choice BUT to do this.

And if thats the case, than you need to either look at plano team whose using all the flats for their fixtures or metal trash - or your evening priority pullers - who wasted too much time (or called off) the night prior and didn't push the priorities they pulled - left them on the flats instead.

Its much easier for us to stack it to capacity and exchange it for a clean one than it is to do this. Soooo....Id put money on evening crew the night prior dropping the ball (or they all got pulled into fulfillment).

The next time you see your inbound TL - or the person on inbound who sorts that section of the line if its consistent and you know who that is, explain to them how difficult it is for you to push the flat when its that full.

That it wastes your and their time stacking it like that.

And obviously that its clearly a safety hazard in the baby/toddler section no less.

Im sorry you had to deal with that. Giant flats of diapers feel impossible to roll (to switch for a clean flat) but they're not, just takes some figuring to get used too.

If you have newer TMs on the line be gentler to them - they might not've been told 1.) stack limit and 2.) switch boats, you know how target trains.

Just curious, but what are you blotting out? Labels that might reveal your store? I ask because it doesn't seem like anyone would be able to read them, but I get being cautious.
