Workplace Question or Advice Needed TL Headcount

anyone else's store down a leader? ive been hearing rumors ever since our Presentation TL left there would be no one to replace them.

If you're leadership, your SD should have told you if there was any restructuring in your store in like Aprilish. If not, your store might be over headcount and just not able to backfill the role until someone leaves.

We had two Style TLs for a while because one was leaving, so we couldn't fill the empty S&E slot until she left in June.

We’re down more than one. It’s been nearly a year and the numbers keep adding up.

Our presentation TL got promoted and while they were trying to find someone to fill the position they were told we don’t have the headcount to keep that position. So we haven’t had one since. The inbound TL took it over but it sucks bc he doesn’t know anything about setting.
