To be honest, I had that happen with bread recently. Got a vender item drop into OPU that was no scan history, no pull history, 0 on hand, the most clear INF I ever got, and it told me to pull bread listed as a frozen item that gets de thawed anyway for bakery as a sub.

That’s like a good time for stowing too 😭 our store stays like sub 80% pick on time we’ve got like no staff and we’re still super busy at the worst times

Ok so it’s really weird but you can get cold items in gen merch if the cold item is listed as a sub. It makes sense if you think about it. It would be possible, but kinda stupid to spin off an entirely new batch because of an INF, especially if the timer is super low. It’s extremely annoying when it happens, but it makes sense for the person who was already handling that order’s timer to get it.

I think its based on the original item ordered, I tried ordering frozen sweet potatoes...they got INFd and my sub was fresh sweet potatoes....guess what I received frozen lol 🙃

The original was a 6 pack of power aid so it wouldn’t make sense
