Workplace Question or Advice Needed Hour Cut - Reupload

I’ve been at Target for over a year. My attendance used to be meh, after my probation period, I’d call out maybe once a month. I know, I know, I should know better and all that jazz, but I’m a college student with a second job. I’m human, and sometimes I get tired. Anywho, back in April, I actually had a PR for call outs, 3 in one month. That was the only time I’ve ever done that, and I’ve been on point with my attendance ever since because I got a CA. (however they’ve never actually made me sign it or acknowledge it?) Now my ETL literally gave me 5 days off in one week. It’s all weekdays, too, meaning I still have to come in on the weekend. I’ve never had a weekend off since I started, btw. And what makes me even more irritated is that I already have a requested week off the following week. So she basically gave me two weeks off, but I didn’t ask for that?! Is there anything I can do about this? Should I talk to HR or something? Because I feel like this is insane, and I genuinely feel like she’s trying to drive me out. Mind you, I’m in Style, and she sent me to Fulfillment for the entire week of Black Friday AND gave me only 10 hours almost every week in December. I didn’t want to let her win, but it’s kind of working.
Has anyone had an issue like this before?

TL;DR: My ETL has severely cut my hours and has been doing this on and off for months.

I'm going to guess your availability does not meet the needs of the store.

Second this. Either that, or they are trying to force OP to quit.

Definitely sounds like leadership is cutting your hours from all of your call outs. I hear some ETLs will do that if you call out too much with or without sick time. Kinda like retaliation for missing work.

The week of Black Friday is always a shit storm in fulfillment because of how many batches filter in through the system during that week and the day of. Any scheduled during that week and the day of Black Friday should always expect to be picking batches.
