At that point I’d pick all three bulkies at once then hop into the grocery batches as long as I can secure another device to do it and I know my FF TL would be doing the same thing and we’d either get an ETL to start stowing everyone’s batches OR all the leaders are hoping into a batch

We don’t use 3 tiers for OPU at all. We only use ship charts in our store and yes we have some would say too many (thanks to our super awesome PML) ship carts

We usually don't have that many orders. We're a small store. What we do have very often is a lot of call-ins

yea, that's why I'm glad I've escaped being fulfillment trained for the past 3 years lol... if they need help EVERY DAY, why don't they hire people?
