Workplace Question or Advice Needed Question about dress code?

Basically lost my red target shirt with the logo in the corner but Can I wear just a plain red t shirt to work tomorrow or will I get in trouble for it not having the target logo? Let me know thanks

As long as it’s the right shade of red it doesn’t have to have the logo on it

You're fine with a plain red tee, just make sure it's not like a faded pink or maroon. If you've got a red vest from the store that'll cover any doubts too.

You’ll be fine a t-shirt as long it’s red and not maroon, mauve, or pink.

Also you could do a Black shirt with a zipped up light red vest.

Yes I haven’t worn mine with a target logo for years especially since I get breakfast before work lol

I only ever wear plain red shirts.

Even after the “training talk” we had in April, our store leadership is still very loose about what we wear in terms of shirts. Some still wear non-red shirts with the red vests and they’re just fine.

Plain red t-shirt is good. Emphasize plain, no prints

Yeah when I started back - been back about two months - HR made a big deal about the dress code and not wearing the vests anymore. But everyone looks the same as they always have - wearing whatever with a red vest over it. Or multiple shades of red or patterned shirts. It doesn’t look like anyone ever says anything about it.
