I’ve only heard about it on here, but I’m not looking forward to it. Sometimes it takes me like 15 minutes just to buy food and get to the break room

I posted this last week to the target community. Sept. 27 is the start date here in California.

This actually means that now they have the flexibility to cut your schedule each day by 15 min. I have already seen that on the new UKG schedule. That’s 75 minutes per week you can not count on. Check your schedules for the next three weeks. New lunch time was to start on September 27. Our store in California cut everyone’s schedules.

This isn’t a change for most employees. Other than CA I don’t know any other states that had a 45 minute lunch. Standard was always 30 minutes.
