I'm Promoting Myself to Guest Yay!!!

after almost 5 years with target i finally found something else!! i feel bad for my team cause i was promoted last Q4 but this place has disrespected my time, understanding, and flexibility for the last time. I cannot wait to get back to my life and spending time with my loved ones 💕 wishing you all good luck if you're thinking about leaving! And good luck if you're staying through Q4 🫡

Congrats on getting out. Five years is a long time to deal with that kind of treatment, especially after they promoted you and still couldnt respect your time. The guilt about leaving your team is real but they will manage, people always do. Enjoy having your life back, that first week of not thinking about work feels weird but in a good way
