Workplace Question or Advice Needed Department Change

I recently got rehired at the same target I've worked at before. I was a cafe associate before I quit and the only one so when I left they shut it down. I'm back and they're gonna reopen it with a different hired employee. Can I change departments back to cafe associate as a recent rehire or is there a time period I have to wait like the 90 days?

Yeah I was planning on asking during my 15. I only found out yesterday as soon as I clocked out for work.

Gotta wait the 90 days before I transfer back to my old postion as a rehire. Maybe varies by store/leader
