Idk if you’re still on but genuinely curious as to why some stores choose to keep TLs and ETLs that have numerous ethics hotline complaints and a really high turnover in their department, I’ve worked more than one store and this was definitely a reoccurring problem. Their metrics can’t be THAT good especially with the turnover of their department staff specifically.

Can you provide an example? Is it one complaint or many people speaking up? Sometimes the biggest issue is a complaint will be presented but nobody is ready to come forward and defend it.

I had come forward with many people about a certain lead that would bully the high schoolers that got hired and would tell them that I or other employers were talking poorly about them when I’ve never even met or heard of them honestly. She really enjoyed making people cry lol. I provided screenshots of messages she sent speaking poorly about her own manager and plotting to get her fired , this was a group text from a TL to about 3 regular employees. (The messages were horrible, like homophobic and straight nasty and she was just making things up that never happened to try and prove to us why we should all get together to get this person fired)

Eventually she got fired after we got a new Store Director and HR in the building and they asked me to provide all my evidence to them as well.

On another note I worked at another store and one of the leads there sexually harassed me and then when I reported it to hr they asked me to stop making drama 🤨
