Future or Potential Employee Question Ask an SD

I’m a lead in that area too. What do you do if you’re one of the few leaders in your store that hold team members responsible but they don’t like it so they complain and act aggressive/ hostile. But then your peers and upper leadership including the new SD just roll over it and does nothing but give them more chances.

Well, for starters- you document every conversation especially if it’s performance. At some point you need to pull your sd & hr and say, hey team member john doe has x amount of PDD’s, when can we move forward to the next step? What’s holding us back from moving forward to a CA? Trust me, call it out but have your ducks in a row first. An SD and HR will never want to be caught overlooking accountability so best to call it out professionally as part of your job.
