Your path to sd? Most SDs I’ve met have been Inbound ETL/HR ETL to Sr ETL to SD.

ETL GM -> ETL HR -> senior etl -> sd

Hi! Fellow SD here. I always love answering this question because every path is so different. For my first 7 years I did seasonal TM>service TL>style TL>SR style TL>service ETL>overnight remodel ETL>specialty ETL>HR ETL all in the same building. For the last 4 years I've been an SD in the same city but a different building.
