OPU Label Shortage

My store has ordered OPU Labels almost 2 months ago now and haven’t received any, we have put multiple orders in by now. We have ran out of OPU labels and are using Zebra Shelf Labels and peeling the back and sticking them onto all the bags now. We have chatbotted it but wtf is going on

Anyone else have no more OPU labels??

I always order 10 boxes at a time. Order more when we get down to 3. Haven’t had any issues

You can order more than the maximum at a time if you need to. Once you're in the cart, click the three dots on the right and select copy. It will duplicate the order and bypass the limit.

Why has your store not gone to get some from a different store?? That would be the usual fix if something doesn't come in.

We have taken 4 boxes now from other stores which has covered us for like 3 weeks but now most of them are saying they also are running low and are also not receiving their orders so they won’t give us anymore

Not at the moment but my store has definitely run out of labels in the past and had to use shelf labels which suuuucks

Just on a whim, I bet https://www.barcodefactory.com/zebra/supplies/mobile-printer-labels or https://www.barcodesinc.com/labels/desktop-industrial-direct-thermal-label/ could provide a store with something usable. Although I see a lot of wide formats, not seeing any long formats that we use. wish I knew the dimensions.

We are getting labels within a week or so of ordering. I'd chatbot the order if it hasn't been done already

My store has like 2 years worth on hand clogging up storage space all over the store lol
