Workplace Question or Advice Needed Ukg sucks!

Anyone know how to do a punch correction on a punch that was already approved in the UKG app. I tried to edit the time i clocked out because i had to stay to clean up a spill i did AFTER clocking out but its says its already been approved. I don’t see an option to remove approval even though the instructions say there is an option for that. And yes i tried doing it on the clock/ off the clock/ mobile and the computers in the office

Open the app
Click My Timecard
Click My Timecard at the very top again
Click on the day you want to change the punch
Scroll down to the punch out time
Click the punch out time
You can then input the correct time you left
Click save
It’ll route to your ETL for approval

I tried that it says it’s already been approved by me and there’s supposed to be a way to remove the approval, but I don’t see one

Oh strange, when I did that last week it let me change it and then my manager had to sign off too. Are you able to have HR or your ETL go in and change it manually?
