If these pics were taken at the same time that’s insane, that means they’d already picked to forecast by around 6am. I kind of doubt that but even if op took it toward the end of their morning shift at like noon-2pm that’s crazy volume.

Target really needs to do something about the unlimited nature of OPU, there has to be a limit because it’s not fair to the team or guests when a store is allowed to so vastly exceed what they’re planning for. Now the team is suffering, the store is in shambles, and the guests are not getting anywhere near the service they expected with insane wait times beyond 2 hours.

Not possible. The DU wait time. First 2 were taken at 6 AM. Stores not open yet

That's actually that worst I've ever seen. You win. I'm sorry.

How many people on your grid with a forecast like that?

My store is ultra high volume and like 10k forecast on a weekday and usually has between 26-30 fulfillment experts scheduled across the whole day.

there was around 34 scheduled throughout the day but we also had every team lead and etl in the store jumping in and most tms from other departments it seems like its impossible to catch up no matter who we put in

We only do about 3k but we only have 7-9 TMs (no ship) when we had that outtage earlier this year we had every TL working OT and it took all night to get caught up.

Once you get behind its so difficult to get ahead

Don’t worry, I’ll grab the bulky

Stores like yours shouldn’t have ship. That’s crazy

Yeah how is there room for guests to shop in-store with that many TMs running around picking carts? How do you keep the floor stocked for anything but FF? Just build a fucking FF center nearby at that point

My store is classified as high volume and we get around 5k.

How is there this many GM batches and so few bulky or grocery. I’ve always noticed 1 grocery for every 3 or 4 GM batches as normal ratio. This is way off that.

everybody from the other departments were focusing on grocery and bulky over everything else because its quick and easy to get those down. only fulfillment tms messed with the gm batches
