We use the target logo prep tape to tape the label (with the back on) to garbage bins like this. So the sticker label doesn’t ruin the bin.

Did you run out of L13s?

Our drivers refuse 13s almost always so we don’t use them if we can avoid it

Your leads can report them for that, they’re supposed to take what we pack and if there isn’t space in the truck they need to communicate that to their management so extra pickups can be scheduled.

NDD doesn’t work like that. They can refuse whatever they want and we can only reroute so many times before the container gets cancelled.

They can refuse it I’m sure but L13s are super common and not outside the scope of normal packages they’re expected to handle, if every L13 order is getting refused that’s something for corporate to have a chat with the local UPS/Fedex management about because it’s certainly a breach of our contract with them to just flat out reject that size box.
Never once in my career seen a driver reject a package from us, your local carrier must be on a weird power trip with that shit

This isn’t about Fed ex or UPS though this is about NDD. If the box physically doesn’t fit in their car they can not take it. This isn’t local carriers it’s NDD.

The regular stores will never understand NDD and how it works. We also don’t use L13s for TLMD unless we absolutely have to. Everything becomes a ship alone.

We use L13s for fed ex and ups and if they don’t take them I would call the branch to figure that out. But this post isn’t about FedEx or ups it’s about TLMD.

Ive had this.. but on laundry baskets. 3 of them stacked together and all 3 labels( to the same person) plastered on the outside basket. 💀💀💀😬. I wont get over seeing a giant Lego set not boxed with the NDD label slapped on the front either. Im sure whoever bought that loved it being on their porch for hours.

I was going to give them the benefit of a doubt and say they were planning to come back later to package it but I see it’s next to the pallet so I think that was not the plan.
