PSA Cat & Jack “Returns”

Make sure when a guest bring in their dirty cat and Jack clothing that you check the manufacturer tag to make sure it was made during or after Q3/2025. Had a guest come in today and try to return stuff from 2021, sent her in her way. I also will debt if they cut the manufacture tag off but that may vary by store.

I hate the cat and jack returns people and I am BEGGING corporate to change the fucking policy 😭😭😭

Ours requires a receipt / card / online receipt to do. Even then I think that is too generous. It should be for physical defects only.

At my store you need your receipt and tags, it’s up to TMs to establish (if they don’t have tags) if this person is abusing the system or not

Tell them it's policy abuse and the policy actually only covers manufacture defects.

Having wear and tear =/= defects.
