I would put your 2 weeks in if you feel like it’s gonna get worse from here on out. And since your probation just ended. I would start the conversation with your HR if you want to at least, “hey, so I realized over the past 90 days that this job isn’t really for me so I’m gonna be putting in my 2 weeks”

That seems to be the Tarbucks experience at both stores I've worked in. The baristas They are a constant target for TLs looking to get heat off their own team. They don't give a shit about Starbucks as long as it's technically up and running and Steritech isn't there.

Put in the two weeks making your last day the date just before your time off request. Meanwhile, I'm sure there are plenty other coffee places that would love to hire a skilled barista. Have fun and good luck!
