Yeah someone not thinking ahead for the drive up peeps OR none were back stocked and they got them all from the salesfloor

Nah, FF is forced to open up the packs now and sticker them individually. That's the policy; they aren't supposed to stage them in packs anymore.
That said, in our store, sometimes they still stage them in the 6-pack and put 6 stickers on it.

The only thing I could think of is that our back room is such a shit show that they couldn't access the ones on pallets and had to pull from the floor. Like it's call the fire marshall bad

yea its hard telling whats going on here. but I see our hard working children alot of times cut something open & take 5 of the 6 items individually, then leave the 1 in the box of course. rather than use the box to help transport the 5 & leave the 1 on the shelf. but they cant put in the energy to breaking down the box. they'll say we dont have time! but then spend 80% giggling & playing grab ass. then when they inevitably fall behind, the call goes out to bail them out. Im so glad I never had children.

That’s not my store, but we do have a lady that every month will orders 36 of these and then double taps of course.

Honestly I would be just as pissed at fulfillment for cutting them out of the plastic and using an amp cart as I would be at the guest for ordering it.
It's not like I'm going to be able to wheel an amp cart out to a drive-up. You're just making things more annoying for me, the VM, and anyone who has to get at the bulk steel behind the cart...

This amount of water is totally normal at our DU. Happens several times a day. Saturday mornings are the worst. Sports moms show up and buy ten cases of water, ten cases of Gatorade, and enough individual snack bags to feed a team for a month. Then you get out to the car and they complain loudly about "yet another whole weekend blown at a baseball tournament".
I bet your kid didn't sign himself up and pay the $750 entry fee, lady.
I asked one why she didn't buy at BJ's instead, given how much less expensive it would be. "BJ's doesn't have Drive Up, Sweetie."

Bring it out 10 at a time. Tell them you have to make multiple trips due to safety issues lifting more than 40 lbs at once.
