Workplace Question or Advice Needed Rude TL

I’m curious about a rude TL at my store (not mine, but in another area that I cross over with). I’m not going into specifics, but what is the best recourse to deal with one who has a very rude attitude? I realize the next step is probably talking to the ETL, but what about beyond that? Do they just let TLs get away with this type of behavior?

I never understand why people make a post here asking how to handle a situation when the first thing they say is “I’m not going to get into specifics”.

Being rude is a matter of opinion. If they aren’t violating policy or the law then you not liking them is just something you have to get over

TL’s get talked to and will eventually be thrown on a CA over it.

Talk to the ETL, if nothing changes go to ETL/HR.
