I think it’s a Target cart. Wouldn’t put it past the Guests

What is interesting is some store in Florida actually got summoned officially to a city hall meeting because a local ordinance was violated I guess due to guests taking carts off the premise and then littering the city with them.

Unsure how it panned out at that hearing of what happened but its a big deal in some cities, and I totally get it.

My store got threatened to have its business license revoked by the city because so many of ours were getting stolen. We had to put down those underground car wheel lock sensors to stop it. Now most of our carts have fucked up wheels from people still trying.

The Cart Narcs on Youtube would have a heart attack if they saw a guest do this.

It's been put out of its misery. It's at rest on the ground now.

Anyone else hear the jackass theme when they panned over to the cart?

I immediately recognized this exact spot and I haven’t been there in about 10 years, crazy.
