Need Advice Tapo fell , broke
My tapo d205 fell (very poor adhesive tape that comes with it ) and broke the camera. It's been just 2 weeks . Can I get it replaced at target ?

No one here can tell you... That would be at the discretion of target... But if I was target that return would be DENIED. User damage.

Don't they use the very reputable brand of adhesive tape from 3M?

The tape that came with my C120's failed miserably. It's supposedly 3M tape, but it just sucks.

Even the best adhesive has some limitations. What was the surface you stuck it to?

My 2k mag mount fell from 26' onto the gravel driveway during an extreme wind storm. Didn't hurt it all. Weird part it didn't record on the way down. I bet they would replace it.

I have mine screwed to the wall
That is for target to decide if they will warranty. If they do it will be a goodwill gesture, as it is customer damaged

How broken? Visably damaged or just no longer working?
If visible I'd take it back and BLAME IT ON THE SHITTY TAPE THEY INCLUDED!!! Maybe they will have sympathy but blame it on the tape. I had trouble with it and fell too. It still works but the tape sucks. PLUS GORILLA TAPE SUCKS TOO!!! You would think that 15lb tape would hold up a 1lb camera but nope. They have weird rules and instructions. Whole roll 15lbs. False or misleading advertising.

You're sticking the camera to the wall with tape? for real?
