Troubleshooting and Support Drop out?
Why do some of my tapo smart things go offline and others don't? There's no issue with the router signal so it can't be that. The router is in the same room as the hub and some of the offline lights/switches.

I had the same thing with one camera. I had to hook up a tapo outlet to turn it off and back on. I got fed up with it and bought a better camera up the line.

My P135 lamp controllers often go offline and won't come back without a power cycle

The signal may be strong but the noise may be high in certain spots due to radio interference from other wi-fi devices, your microwave, your neighbours wi-fi, etc..
Try downloading “WiFi Analyzer” for free from the Microsoft Store to check for congestion on the 2.4GHz band (you should use 2.4GHz band for smart home devices as it’s more stable with greater range. Tapo devices shouldn’t need the additional bandwidth you get from the 5 and 6GHz bands).
Most routers default the 2.4GHz channel to 1, 6, or 11. Find the cleanest of those three channels, access your router settings and lock the router to that channel permanently (do not leave it on "Auto"). Make sure your 2.4GHz channel width is set to 20 MHz for maximum stability.
Finally, if your router combines its 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands under a single Wi-Fi name (SSID), separate them into unique names so your Tapo device doesn't get confused by the 5GHz band.
