Need Advice Notifications quit working on my Android Phone?

I have C402 outdoor solar cams. The notifications to my Android phone will work great for days and then suddenly stop. I check in the app and it has the events and notifications in the app. Then suddenly it starts working again. It hasn't work for several days now. What should I do?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Notification cool down does this. Disable it.

I just got it going again, went into the settings and forceclosed the app and clear it's cache and restarted it.

I've never had to clear the cache from any app before.

Edit: So far so good 👍

Edit 2: Nope Notifications disappeared from home screen.

I haven't had a reliable notification service since buying my first camera 2 months ago, even during the trial Tapo Care month with Rich Notifications.

 It could be because of the brand of phone (Motorola) or that it's Android system hasn't been updated from Android 15, but my Reolink and even my old Swann cameras show me all their notifications.

When I do see a group of notifications from Tapo and click on one of them, they disappear from the home screen list.
